The Super-bonus 110% gives the customer a 100% discount on the invoice for towed and towed works up to the maximum cost limits and a deduction of 110% for the company carrying out the work.

Towing interventions: thermal coat (Eco-bonus) and seismic risk reduction (Earthquake bonus).

These are the main interventions of the renovation bonus (also demolition and reconstruction) introduced this year, which aim respectively to reduce energy consumption (ensuring better living comfort) by at least two classes and the structural improvement of the building.

The new benefits introduced by the Prime Minister’s Office under the name of Superbonus 110% recognise maximum deductions from €20,000 to €96,000.00 for works that can be combined, starting from demolition and reconstruction to renovation and replacement of windows and minor works.

Sismabonus, guarantees the highest deduction for a maximum expenditure of €96,000.00, for all seismic risk reduction works.

Ecobonus, is the incentive designed to increase living comfort and reduce waste up to a maximum deductible expense of € 50,000.00 per unit (or single entrance to the building), by means of a thermal coat outside the house.

Renovation and reconstruction works relating to all category A dwellings (excluding cat. A1, A8 and A9) are included in the bonus and sometimes I allow extensions and architectural changes to the structure to my taste (except in cases of landscape constraint).

The client may have a direct discount on the invoice from the supplier of the works and in some cases the total cost may be reduced or reduced to zero.

Trailed interventions: replacement of systems, fixtures and integration of eco-sustainable systems.

The latter refer to all the interventions that, carried out together with the drivers, are subject to a cumulative discount: installation of condensing boiler, photovoltaic, solar thermal, heat pump and windows with reduced thermal transmittance.

In other words, it is convenient for everyone! However, it is essential that the company in charge is well structured in order to guarantee a correct execution of the procedures in order to obtain the discount on the invoice.

New constructions with energy classes equal to or higher than A, as well as materials used for thermal-acoustic insulation, are subject to incentives that are not included in the super-bonus as they are new constructions.

First of all is the Green mortgage, which involves considerably lower interest rates compared to traditional mortgages, supported by many banks.

In fact, the financing covers 100% of the construction cost of all the systems connected to the construction of the class A house.

Subsequently, we find incentives both from the point of view of the development of the interior spaces (+25% of square metres that can be built if the class A house achieves the energy performance certificate) and with regard to the systems: 110% deduction for photovoltaic system and storage battery also for new buildings.

In case of construction of first house, the VAT reduced to 4% on the entire amount of the construction contract.

The land and the construction of a second house are excluded from incentives.
